On February 26, 2026, Laura Higbee and I presented the latest edition of Husch Blackwell’s Government Enforcement, Compliance & Investigations webinar series. During Self-Reporting and Cooperation Credit, we discussed recent revisions to DOJ’s Corporate Enforcement and Voluntary Self-Disclosure Policy (CEP), as well as the potential benefits of voluntary self-disclosure, full cooperation, and timely and appropriate remediation of underlying root causes. Laura and I also addressed recent declinations and other resolutions under the CEP, as well as practical considerations and risk-mitigation strategies. If you missed the live session, you can watch the recording here.
The next webinar in the series, “False Claims Act Anti-Discrimination Enforcement,” will be presented by Todd Gee, Cormac Connor, Michael Schrier, Julia Kopcienski, and Kip Randall on March 25, 2026. Register here.
