On May 26, 2026, Mark Tobey and Emily Loftis presented the latest edition of Husch Blackwell’s Government Enforcement, Compliance & Investigations webinar series. 

During the session, Mark covered “junk fees” as known as drip pricing or hidden fees. Mark recently published an article in the Spring 2026 edition of the Journal of Consumer & Commercial Law analyzing enforcement in this area. You can read his full article here.

And Emily discussed right to repair—a recent area of enforcement for the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and State Attorneys General. Emily and Mark, along with others, authored a blog post on this topic last year.
